AMPLIFIED! Pre-Innovation Self-Assessment • 12 statements • 9 organizational areas

What could stand in the way of your next innovation?

Reflect on the current work your proposed innovation would depend on, and explore the organizational conditions that may support or complicate its launch.

What you’ll learn. This introductory assessment samples all nine areas of the full AMPLIFIED! Organizational Assessment. You’ll see what your perspective suggests, why each area matters, and what additional perspectives and evidence we would examine.

This is a directional, single-person reflection—not a validated diagnostic instrument, organizational readiness score, or substitute for the full 30-day assessment. Base your answers on current work, not predictions about an innovation that has not launched.

What the full Organizational Assessment adds

This introduction records one person’s perspective on selected conditions. The full 30-day engagement begins with the sponsor’s intended outcome and pending innovation decision, gathers perspectives from relevant roles, examines organizational evidence, tests alternative explanations, and produces evidence-supported findings and prioritized next steps before launch.

Interpretation limits. Agreement describes a respondent’s perspective, not proof that an innovation will succeed. Disagreement identifies a question worth examining, not a proven cause. Unknown, inapplicable, declined, and skipped responses are distinct from ratings. No readiness score, validated threshold, or causal conclusion is produced.

Introductory instrument A-SD-0.2. Selected and context-adapted items from full instrument v0.6. Responses are not directly comparable with the full instrument. Answers remain in this browser session only.
